PRODUCT REFUNDS AND RETURNS BY LOYAL CUSTOMERS 1. Since our products produce different results for different people, we do not guarantee specific results and do not offer a money-back guarantee. Please follow the instructions for each product you receive. 2. In order to receive a refund, all products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment in uninsened „new“ condition. The customer is responsible for all return costs. All product returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 3. When returning, the customer must use a traceable return method. It`s working! is not responsible for shipping costs for returns or returns that may be lost upon return.
4. Rejected orders are defined as orders that are rejected on delivery, returned to the sender, are not deliverable or have an inadequate address. In the United States, an additional $5 rejection fee will be assigned to a rejected order, which will be deducted from the refund. Internationally (Australia, Canada, European Union), a rejected order will be awarded a rejection fee of $20, which will be deducted from the refund. A rejection fee is charged on orders to offset return shipping costs and return processing costs. Rejected orders may take up to ninety (90) days to reach the Returns Processing Center. 5. For international returns, no tax will be refunded. VAT, GST, HST and PST taxes are paid at border entry and cannot be claimed.
Therefore, these taxes are not refunded for international returns. 6. Loyal customers who have returned products within the first three (3) months of their Loyal Customer Agreement will have their automatic delivery cancelled and a $50 membership fee will be deducted from the refund if they have not completed their Loyal Customer Agreement. 7. Loyal customers/private customers who have signed up for the autoship program will continue to operate monthly for autoship until they contact customer service to cancel. This can be done by calling the market-specific number listed below. All cancellation requests for automatic shipments must be completed at least two business days before the date of the automatic shipping process. 8. If only part of a storage package (multiple products grouped under/in a single item number) is returned, the total value of the items retained will be deducted from the return and the entire bonus volume for the item will be deducted. 9.
Returns may take up to thirty (30) business days from receipt at the Return Center for refunds. All returns must be attached to the original or a copy of the original delivery note. 10. To exchange products, please call customer service to indicate which product you wish to return and which products you wish to exchange. Please place an exchange order before returning your items for exchange and refund. Note: ALL APPLICATORS ARE COSMETIC PRODUCTS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THE PLASTIC PACKAGING IS OPENED.
